I have had a previous mad bomber hat that fit me well which was an XXL. That’s why I ordered another XXL it is way too big. The sizing has become inconsistent. I have to return it.

David the sizing has been inconsistent this year as we moved all production from China to a few small Ukrainian factories. We’re still working to standardize all sizing so we don’t have issues like yours. With electrical outages due to Russian bombings and shifting factory availability we were definitely challenged.
