OK, so the cap itself is warm and the faux fur is soft enough, but yall, this strap. There’s no way that yall are using this hat and testing this flimsy ribbon of a strap and think it’s acceptable. Seriously. There’s no way to use the strap so that it’s adjustable and secure – the ribbon that the buckle is attached to is WAY too thin and doesn’t provide enough tension on the ribbon for the buckle to stay secure. You either have to thread the ribbon through in some goofy way or tie it which makes it totally unadjustable, or you have to leave it loose in which case it will gradually come completely loose and just slide out.
The other issue is your logo. This logo is just awful. Yall gotta know this. When it’s embroidered on something like the back of a wool cap it just looks like a mess. It’s barely recognizable as a black image on a white page, but once it’s embroidered it really is terrible. The wide sans-serif is a bad choice for the logotype, too. Totally incongruent with the style.
Otherwise, a pretty good hat. I bought from LL Bean and wish I’d found this site first and woulda bought the rabbit fur version.

Really like this hat, warm doesn’t begin to describe it. I will say that I followed sizing chart and bought the XL but it seems a little too big, I constantly have to adjust it/push it back from my eyes.
